We are hiring an HVAC Service Manager to lead a growing residential maintenance program. This role suits someone with hands-on HVAC experience who seeks steady daytime hours, a supportive team, and room to advance in the trade.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling maintenance agreements (preferred).
• Experience in HVAC sales or home services sales (preferred).
• Experience in HVAC service management or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and service procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the HVAC service team, including technicians and support staff.
• Plan, organize, and schedule service appointments and projects.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service calls and projects.
• Assess and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources effectively.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure exceptional service.
• Develop strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Sell HVAC maintenance agreements.
• Follow up on inside sales leads and current customer upgrades.
• Conduct site visits, assess needs, and present solutions clearly.
• Collaborate with service/operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Track activity, proposals, and follow-ups to consistently hit targets.

• Uncapped Commission - earn $120,000+
