Ultimate Heating & Air, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager in Meridian to own service results, grow revenue, and develop technicians into leaders. You will drive KPI performance, coach the team, and ensure a high-standard culture with accountability and strong collaboration across dispatch, sales, and ops.

You will implement onboarding for rapid ramp, handle field leadership on tough calls, and build a pipeline of future leaders while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Formación

• 3+ years in the HVAC industry, residential service preferred.
• Experience leading or managing a service team.
• Track record coaching technicians to higher sales and performance.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics and parts.
• Fluent with service KPIs and turning data into coaching.
• Able to hold people accountable while maintaining morale.
• Experience with field-service software (ServiceTitan or similar) is a plus.
• Competitive drive and growth mindset for leadership development.

Responsabilidades

• Drive department revenue, conversion, average ticket and opportunity-call performance toward aggressive goals.
• Coach techs on sales conversations, customer experience and technical skill through weekly 1:1s and ride-alongs.
• Set and maintain a high standard of culture: accountable, connected and fun.
• Identify high-potential techs and mentor them into lead or leadership roles.
• Support the team on difficult calls when needed and onboard new technicians quickly.
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, install and ops leaders to keep operations sharp.
• Maintain operational standards for vehicles, processes and service quality.
