Ultimate Heating & Air, Inc. in Treasure Valley is seeking a Service Manager to own the results of the HVAC service department, grow revenue, and develop technicians into top performers.

You will set the standard, coach on sales and customer experience, and lead a team that values accountability and collaboration. You’ll lead ride-alongs and 1:1s, partner with dispatch, sales, install, and ops, and build a culture that rewards growth and success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC residential service, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach technicians to higher sales and performance.
• Fluency with service KPIs and turning data into actionable feedback.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and parts.
• Ability to hold people accountable while maintaining morale.

Responsabilités

• Drive department revenue, conversion, and average ticket toward aggressive goals.
• Coach techs on sales conversations, customer experience, and technical skills.
• Build culture and a leadership pipeline with high-potential techs.
• Provide field support on difficult calls and onboarding for ramp-up.
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, install, and ops to keep operations sharp.
• Maintain operational standards across vehicles and processes.
