Bee’s Plumbing and Heating in West Seattle is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial systems using advanced diagnostic tools. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide clear customer guidance.

This role requires at least 3 years of field experience, a valid HVAC license and driver’s license, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with HVAC training or apprenticeship.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: Valid HVAC license and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues using diagnostic tools.
• Perform maintenance and preventive checks for reliability and efficiency.
• Interact with customers professionally and document work performed.
• Follow safety standards and maintain accurate service records.
• Keep truck inventory and ensure tools are available for each job.
