Job summary

Patriot Mechanical has been serving the Bay Area for over 30 years and is seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Manager to oversee service, repair, and installation for residential and light commercial systems.

The role requires a proven management track record, leadership to motivate and train technicians, and the ability to drive service and sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Growth potential and ownership opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Technical HVAC experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in HVAC.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives.
• Must have California driver license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate service staff including hiring decisions, scheduling, and training.
• Coach technicians to maximize productivity and develop sales skills.
• Provide field sales support and assist with bids.
• Assist dispatch to allocate technicians based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Service Titan and Microsoft tools.
