Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• EPA Certified.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, local codes, and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license and good DMV record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of HVAC service sales and the ability to coach technicians on presenting options.
• Experience with performance metrics, revenue goals, or department profitability.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop HVAC service technicians.
• Improve technician performance, productivity, and customer experience.
• Provide technical support and help technicians solve difficult HVAC problems.
• Drive service department revenue through strong team performance and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and department goals.
• Coach technicians on presenting honest repair and replacement options to customers.
• Help improve call conversion, average ticket, and overall department profitability.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify training opportunities and provide hands-on development.
• Ensure technicians have the materials, equipment, and resources needed to succeed.
• Hold the team accountable to company standards, safety, and performance expectations.
• Work with leadership to develop strategies that support continued company growth.
