Air-Tech HVAC is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and grow the service department in the San Gabriel Valley area. You will coach technicians, drive revenue, and ensure top-tier customer service.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• EPA Certified.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, local codes, and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license and good DMV record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of HVAC service sales and the ability to coach technicians on presenting options.
• Experience with performance metrics, revenue goals, or department profitability.

Responsabilidades

What You'll Be Doing

As our Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing our service team while helping drive the growth and profitability of the department.
