Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and customer satisfaction by increasing revenue growth while delivering exceptional service.
• Evaluate and schedule service work to optimize manpower and profitability.
• Develop and oversee departmental budgets to meet financial objectives.
• Oversee materials and equipment procurement for scheduled jobs.
• Schedule timely repairs and maintenance to minimize delays and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in dispatching to ensure correct technician assignment and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Mentor staff and support leadership development across the service team.
