Dial Duron Service Co., a Southern Home Services company, is seeking an HVAC Manager to lead our service department. The role focuses on profitability, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

You will oversee budgets, scheduling, dispatch, and inventory while guiding crews, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing performance. Evening/weekend availability is required to support operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, gas piping, electricity, plumbing, airflow.
• Proven supervision and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills for operations.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and customer satisfaction by growing revenue while delivering excellent service.
• Schedule and evaluate service work to optimize manpower and efficiency.
• Develop and oversee departmental budgets to meet financial targets.
• Oversee materials, tools, and parts to support scheduled jobs.
• Coordinate dispatch and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Mentor staff and provide on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality workmanship across the team.
