Qualifications

• 15+ years of residential field service experience.
• 10+ years of service management experience.
• Experience managing a team of 12 or more technicians.
• Training, certificate, or technology requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hire, LEAD, discipline, and terminate technicians.
• Provide onsite field support for advanced level troubleshooting.
• Facilitate the technical development of Ace team members through training curricula.
• Create a sustainable field development model with clear advancement requirements.
• Support field hiring with oversight of candidate skillset and experience.
• Assist in evaluation of Ace product offerings.
