You will mentor staff, create curricula, and lead field-based sessions to elevate safety, diagnostics, and customer outcomes.

The role focuses on gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, IAQ, and newer refrigerant technologies, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement across locations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years hands-on residential HVAC experience.
• Experience with gas furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Proficient in HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver HVAC technical training programs for technicians at all levels.
• Create curricula, labs, assessments, and certification pathways.
• Coach technicians, leads, and supervisors; support onboarding and development programs.
