Job summary

AirWorks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician with 3+ years of in-the-dirt residential experience. You will diagnose, repair, and service furnaces, ACs, and heat pumps, delivering expert solutions with clear homeowner communication.

You’ll work in a family-owned shop offering top-of-market hourly pay, performance bonuses, overtime, a company truck, and ongoing training to stay at the forefront of HVAC techs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal certification is required; NATE is a major plus.
• Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• Willingness to participate in a fair on-call rotation to keep Ventura County comfortable.
