What if your next HVAC opportunity wasn't about running more calls, but about helping other technicians become better at what they do?
Brandt Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Advisor to serve as a trainer, mentor, technical resource, and leader for our service team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys solving complex problems, coaching others, setting expectations, and helping build a stronger service department.
You'll still be connected to the field, but you'll have a schedule with greater consistency and predictability than a traditional service technician role, along with the opportunity to make a broader impact.
As our HVAC Technical Advisor, you'll be a key resource for technicians and management. You'll help establish expectations, develop technicians, and make sure our team has the training and support necessary to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
You'll also stay connected with the office and help coordinate the day‑to‑day technical needs of the service department.
This position is designed for someone who has already developed strong HVAC skills and is ready to use that experience to influence and develop others.
You'll get:
We know experienced HVAC professionals have lives outside of work.
The Technical Advisor position offers more controlled hours than a traditional service technician role, while still providing the variety and hands‑on involvement that makes HVAC work rewarding.
After‑hours responsibilities are shared through a well-balanced on‑call rotation, so you are not carrying the on‑call responsibility every week. The goal is to give our team a sustainable schedule while still providing excellent service to our customers.
You should have the technical knowledge to confidently troubleshoot HVAC systems and the communication and leadership skills to help others succeed.
Required qualifications:
Preferred: NATE certification and comfort implementing tools such as MeasureQuick.

If you're an experienced HVAC professional who is ready to move beyond running service calls and help develop technicians, establish standards, and strengthen an entire service department, we'd like to hear from you.
