Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an HVAC Sales Representative to drive service and preventive maintenance agreements across Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities in Central & Northern NJ.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience; building systems sales experience is also welcome. You will earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a car allowance, with strong promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Candidates with building systems sales experience considered (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical).
• Experience selling to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to target facilities.
• Develop and manage a NJ Central & Northern territory sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through new business and account growth.

Due to continued growth, a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor has an immediate opening for a HVAC Sales Representative. Company has an excellent management team and will provide uncapped income as well as professional growth opportunity. This position will be responsible for selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory will cover Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195)
