Software Placement Group is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead and expand a commercial service department in Central/Northern New Jersey. This full-time, on-site role in Fairfield oversees 25 technicians and drives revenue and margin improvements.

• Manage assets efficiently, including inventory and company service vehicles.
• Build a high-performance culture through annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians (25 Technicians).

A stable, rapidly growing HVAC mechanical company serving Central/Northern New Jersey is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead and expand its commercial service department. This is a non-union position with significant opportunity for growth as the company aggressively builds out its service operations.

What you'll do
