Job summary

Trane Technologies in Westbrook, ME is hiring a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources for service agreements and repair work.

You will liaise with Field Technicians and Project Managers to prioritize jobs, schedule labor and materials, and ensure work is completed within financial standards, delivering strong customer satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires college/technical degree or equivalent experience.
• HS Diploma/GED with 3+ years related experience considered.
• Excellent customer service and strong phone communication are essential.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows; basic HVAC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, subcontractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Communicates with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to align priorities.
• Coordinates with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Generates work orders, reviews paperwork, and produces reports.
