Job summary

Hunton Trane, a division of the Hunton Group, is seeking a highly organized Resource Coordinator to support field personnel during equipment startups, warranty work, and owner training.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and maintain accurate records to ensure work is scheduled, completed, and processed efficiently, with a customer-focused approach across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to review work orders and warranties for accuracy.
• Strong scheduling and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field personnel for startups, warranty work, inspections.
• Serve as central communication hub between customers, technicians, sales engineers, project managers, manufacturers, and internal departments.
• Review requests for equipment info, scope, warranty, site requirements, and deadlines.
• Dispatch field resources based on availability, qualifications, location, and project needs.
• Create and close warranty/work orders and related records in business systems.
• Monitor assignments and provide status updates; follow up on missing docs.
• Assist with purchase orders, material coordination, invoicing support, and warranty claims.
