Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead a high-performing service team, drive operational excellence, and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction. You will oversee daily service operations, mentor technicians, and foster growth while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role focuses on budget management, process improvements, and strong client relationships, ensuring timely service calls and profitable performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC technical training preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years in HVAC services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC technicians to achieve service excellence.
• Coordinate and manage daily service schedules, optimizing technician productivity.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated customer inquiries, ensuring resolution.
• Develop and manage the service department’s budget and track expenses.
• Evaluate service processes and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
