The role requires hands-on leadership, accountability, and the ability to balance technical excellence with customer experience. Base salary is $90,000–$110,000 with a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service technician experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role within residential HVAC or home services.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing technicians.
• Strong technical HVAC knowledge and field credibility.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platform strongly preferred; EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC service team focused on performance, quality, and customer experience.
• Develop technicians through consistent field coaching and accountability.
• Service performance outcomes including revenue, margin, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-quality technicians aligned with company standards.
• Daily execution of service operations in partnership with dispatch and support teams.
• Culture development built on accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Use of data and reporting (ServiceTitan) to drive performance and decision-making.
• Lead from the field through ride-alongs, coaching, and real-time feedback.
