Jobot on the Coast of NC seeks a General Manager (HVAC/Nexstar) to oversee residential HVAC service operations, financials, and team development. The role requires strong leadership and a track record of delivering high-quality service.

You will use ServiceTitan to schedule, dispatch, invoice, and manage customer relationships, while partnering with senior leadership to raise performance and profitability. DOE bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service management.
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proficiency in ServiceTitan software is a must.
• Strong understanding of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
