We're seeking a skilled HVAC Service Expert to diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems while helping customers make confident buying decisions through our proven service process.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Complete whole-home system inspections
• Present multi-option service proposals to customers
• Follow up to ensure clarity and satisfaction
• Collaborate with install coordinators, dispatch, and customer service
• Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and equipment
• Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and service KPIs

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time (7am-6pm, schedule varies)
• $35-$40/hr + 2% commission on sales and service work
• No weekend work
