Job summary

Henco Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service. You will operate in the field, handle equipment, and work outdoors with safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, performing emergency repairs, and keeping customers informed of solutions and outcomes. Must have at least 1 year of HVAC experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Perform installations and adjustments of HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Identify maintenance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Execute emergency repairs promptly and safely.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Document repairs and outcomes in Service Titan.
• Engage with customers to explain issues, solutions, and outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
• Installation
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ yrs. HVAC Service Experience
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
