Henco Plumbing Services in The Dalles, OR is seeking an HVAC Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. The role includes diagnosing faults, performing emergency repairs, and communicating solutions to clients while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ yrs. HVAC Service Experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose faults.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
