Henco Plumbing Services in the Pacific Northwest seeks a residential HVAC Technician to join our trusted local brand. Expect uncapped earnings and a stable, career-focused role with a supportive team.

You will install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, work outdoors, and use Service Titan; must have 1+ year experience, valid driver’s license, and pass pre-employment checks. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems: reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
• Installation.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customer to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
