Job summary

Henco Plumbing Services is seeking an experienced residential HVAC Technician to repair, install, and service HVAC systems across the Pacific Northwest. You will diagnose faults, perform emergency repairs, and advise customers on optimal system performance.

The role requires 1+ year HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Competitive uncapped earnings are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ yrs HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems; reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
• Install and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and identify maintenance risks.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and communicate outcomes to customers.
• Track repairs in Service Titan and ensure compliance with safety standards.

What You'll Do:

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
• Installation
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ yrs. HVAC Service Experience

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
