The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent organization, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. HVAC or dispatch experience is a plus, and training on ESC Dispatch software is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or dispatch is a plus.
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities are required.
• Willingness to learn and trainable in dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Schedule maintenance, repair, and service appointments.
• Create service tickets and dispatch technicians.
• Coordinate routes with the Service Manager and adjust for emergencies.
• Process invoices and timesheets for technicians.
