Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and document customer requests.
• Dispatch HVAC service calls and schedule technicians based on needs and availability.
• Coordinate daily technician schedules and provide job information.
• Create and issue purchase orders for parts and vendors.
• Verify and reconcile technician time entries for payroll.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance inspections and services.
• Maintain open service and PM call lists and communicate updates.
• Review completed service tickets for accuracy and billing readiness.
• Process purchasing card transactions and reconcile receipts.
• Monitor and maintain technician truck stock inventory.
• Manage on-call schedules and update answering service systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and ongoing needs.
• Provide support for other dispatchers as needed.
