TriangleContractors is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our Morganton, NC team. The role focuses on delivering high-level customer service, scheduling service calls, and supporting our HVAC operations. A supportive culture and benefits package accompany the position.

We value courteous communication, accuracy, and the ability to handle high call volumes. HVAC dispatching experience is preferred and in-person work is required.

Qualifikationen

• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Nexstar experience preferred.
• Courteous and friendly with excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent people skills, listening, and patience.

Aufgaben

• Provide courteous and friendly high-level customer service and support to customers and staff.
• Efficiently manage and maintain service schedules and appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties.
• Schedule service calls and maintenance appointments in ServiceTitans software.
• Billing and collections.
• Review technician timesheets submitted daily.
• Assist in inventory purchasing, handling, and transactions.
• Other general office duties as assigned.
