Job summary

Mitchell Heating and Cooling in Rolesville, NC is hiring an HVAC Installer to perform retrofit and changeout installations for residential systems. You will follow directions, work as part of a team or independently, and handle line sets, duct work, wiring, and startup of new equipment.

The role requires 2+ years of installation experience, EPA 608 certification, and NATE credentials or the ability to obtain them after hire. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification - 608 Universal preferred.
• NATE Certifications or obtain after employed.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Able to carry 100 lbs overhead with assistance.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems.
• Follow directions and work as a team or independently.
• Install line sets, duct work, low voltage wiring, and accessories.
• Complete startup of newly installed equipment.
• Communicate with customers about the newly installed equipment.

Position:

HVAC Installer

Pay:

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, overtime available
