Job summary

Mitchell Heating and Cooling in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain residential systems and provide professional customer guidance on repairs and replacements.

We offer a generous $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, pay between $31 and $40 per hour plus overtime, a take-home vehicle with gas card, uniforms, phone, boot program and tool replacement, along with medical, vacation, holidays and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification and knowledge of Superheat and Subcooling.
• Ability to diagnose and make repair/replace decisions.
• Ability to acquire Mechanical license within 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Providing expert customer service and consulting on repairs and replacements.
• Staying sharp with ongoing training and certification opportunities.
• Taking advantage of overtime availability for additional earnings.

HVAC Service Technician: Residential service and maintenance

$8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour - depending on experience + Spiffs

Hours: Monday through Friday with available overtime
