DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher to deliver world-class customer service and support our technicians in Coatesville, PA. You will be the voice of the company, handling calls, scheduling, and ensuring smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate has HVAC dispatch experience, strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• HVAC Dispatcher experience with at least 2 years in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Computer and MS Office Suite.
• Positive, professional demeanor and phone etiquette.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks based on importance.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve customer issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for field technicians to support jobs in the field.
• Maintain office organization and assist with various tasks as needed.
• Assist with training on customer service skills and software.
• This is an in-office role requiring 40 hours per week.

This is not a remote position. This position requires you to be in the office 40 hours a week.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two (2) years of related experience in the HVAC Industry as a Dispatcher
• Ability to multi-task required.
• High school diploma or GED
• Can type at least 50 WPM
• Computer and MS Office Suite proficiency
• Have a positive personality
