DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Service Technician in the Coatesville, PA area to deliver exceptional customer service while mentoring fellow technicians and completing quality repairs and maintenance.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage plus comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid medical/dental/life/disability, 401(k) with full match up to 3%, and generous PTO, holidays, and retirement programs.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• On call required with some nights and weekends.
• EPA Type II license and HVAC certification/diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service technicians and collaborate with the team to deliver top customer experience.
• Perform and supervise quality repairs and routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Train other technicians and share knowledge to improve service quality.
• Keep vehicle organized, neat, and stocked; maintain professional appearance and on-time job completion.

REQUIREMENTS FOR HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN LEAD

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• On call required. Some nights and weekends with on call schedule
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure, Type II
• HVAC Certification or diploma required from trade school or equivalent
• Be able to work with an iPad and phone for job finalizations
• Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in the necessary tools that the job requires
• Be capable of understanding client needs. Continuously learn through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks
• Must be positive, friendly, and have a good work ethic
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Capable of keeping an organized, clean and stocked truck

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Forced air gas, propane and oil furnaces
• Heat pumps
• Gas, propane and oil fired boilers
• Hydronics repairs and piping
• Low voltage wiring
• Troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Geothermal preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with water heaters preferred, but not required
