Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and sales representatives to determine service and scheduling needs.
• Generate service calls within the computer program, recording the type and scope of work to be performed.
• Work closely with service managers to coordinate technicians, determine schedules, and assign workloads.
• Schedule and notify technicians of daily assignments; monitor workload and capacity throughout the day.
• Interact with suppliers to verify availability of parts to ensure quality and timely service calls.
• Create and maintain new customer accounts with up-to-date and accurate information.
• Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures.
