You will oversee people, processes and performance across service accounts, supervise Technicians and Team Leads, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure high‑quality service delivery while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Technical school training or equivalent experience in HVAC or building controls.
• 3+ years of management experience in a service delivery environment.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage scheduling, and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Basic financial and accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office in a Windows-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and track gross margin and profitability goals across accounts (PSAs and L&M).
• Drive L&M revenue growth by leading Technicians and Team Leads.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and accounts payable/receivable activities.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews; foster a high-performing culture.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance.
