The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well organized, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced on-site office environment. This role offers a stable, close-knit team with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the HVAC industry is required.
• Experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role is required.
• Strong computer skills, accurate data entry, & comfortable learning new software is required.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work 100% on-site is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and relay service needs to internal teams.
• Provide scheduling information, updates, and completion notifications.
• Prepare customer quotes from information provided by field technicians.
• Communicate daily account activity with the Service Manager.
• Place purchase orders for materials needed to complete customer jobs.
• Maintain up-to-date job status and workflow information in systems.
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
• Prioritize multiple assignments to support timely service delivery.
