Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience required.
• Experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role is required.
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 100% on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and relay service needs to internal teams.
• Share scheduling info, updates, and completion notices with customers.
• Prepare quotes using details from field technicians.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on daily activity.
• Place purchase orders for materials to complete jobs.
• Keep job status and workflow data up to date in systems.
• Enter data accurately and maintain customer records.
• Prioritize multiple assignments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Communicate customer needs and updates clearly to teammates.
