Job summary

Energy Transfer Solutions, part of the AIR Control Concepts family, seeks a Service Coordinator in Harrisburg to manage service agreements and startup activities. You will ensure smooth operations across multiple service areas and sales offices while acting as the main contact for customers via phone and email.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC coordination/dispatch, strong communication, and solid organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial/Industrial or Residential HVAC, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a HVAC Coordinator/dispatch role or a similar administrative position.
• Strong track record of dependability, adaptability, and effective teamwork.
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Egnyte, and FACTS; ability to quickly adapt to new software and online systems.
• Ability to learn and navigate equipment manufacture warranty processes effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate technicians, and handle administrative duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with customers and emergencies.
• Committed to continuously developing and enhancing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for the service department, delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Coordinate field service technicians and schedule work orders.
• Liaise between ETS departments to handle service requests and inquiries.
• Build professional relationships with customers and manufacturers.
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service work orders and startups.
• Update and maintain service startup and preventive maintenance records.
• Review and finalize technician work orders each morning for customer updates.
• Support service account managers and collaborate with other departments.
