Job summary

Energy Transfer Solutions, part of the AIR Control Concepts family, is hiring for a Service Sales – New Business Development role in Pittsburgh, PA. The position focuses on securing new HVAC service business, expanding the customer base, and growing revenue through service agreements and equipment opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial service sales, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of mechanical systems, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 3-5 years of commercial service sales experience or technical sales.
• Knowledge of installation and application of mechanical systems is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new service contracts in the Central and Western Pittsburgh region.
• Manage relationships with building owners and property managers for upgrades and replacements.
• Propose pricing and generate service proposals for review with customers.
• Enter orders and service agreements in ETS order entry system.
• Attend required training and meet annual sales quotas.
• Collaborate with Service & Equipment Sales and manufacturers represented by ETS.
