Job summary

Energy Transfer Solutions, a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, is seeking a Service Sales – New Business Development in Harrisburg, PA. You will drive revenue growth by securing new service agreements, managing key accounts, and expanding opportunities in the Central/Western PA region, including Pittsburgh.

As a front-line seller, you will identify high-potential customers, propose service contracts and repairs, coordinate with the Service & Equipment Sales team, and maintain

Qualifications

• 2-year Associates or College Degree is required.
• 3-5 years of commercial industry service sales experience and/or technical experience.
• Knowledge and experience with installation and application of mechanical systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Territory and account list management with knowledge of end users and building management companies.
• Acquire new service agreement customers and pursue upgrades/replacements with existing relationships.
• Manage ongoing service agreements and projects for products and services.
• Grow account base through expanded service opportunities, equipment upgrades, and retrofits.
• Identify and review mechanical systems such as RTU, VRF, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Generate proposals and determine pricing with customers.
• Enter new orders and service agreements in ETS order entry system.
• Attend required sales training and team meetings.
• Meet established annual sales quotas.
