Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Sales Specialist to grow recurring revenue with service agreements. Based in Ohio, you will travel to customer sites, mainly in Columbus, and cover Western PA and Northern WV. A strong commission plan and company car program accompany the role.

You will build relationships, deliver presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and expand the accounts base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and work safely around rooftops and elevated areas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, research, and qualify potential customers using Carrier’s installed base, referrals, leads, directories, and competitor sites.
• Make effective sales presentations and conduct needs assessments to secure new service agreements.
• Establish rapport and use questioning to identify customer needs, budget, and decision process.
• Develop proposals to address customer needs and close sales for service agreements.
• Utilize CRM to manage interactions, pipeline, and forecasts; follow up timely.
