Job summary

CFS in the Bay Area seeks a Service Contract Sales Representative to grow our commercial service and maintenance contracts. You will build relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility teams, and identify opportunities for preventative maintenance and service agreements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B sales, HVAC/building services experience, and a proven ability to develop a sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling commercial HVAC, mechanical, building services, facilities services, or related technical products/services.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build a pipeline.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Bay Area and work independently with operational support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial service and maintenance contracts.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Develop relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, contractors, and other decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend preventative maintenance and service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations for maintenance agreements.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand equipment and service needs.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and track sales activity.
• Collaborate with service, operations, and estimating teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.
