Service Contract Sales Representative position in the Bay Area, CA, offering a base of $90,000–$120,000 plus uncapped commissions. The role targets growth of maintenance contracts with commercial clients in HVAC/mechanical services.

You will identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with building owners and facility teams, and lead proposals and negotiations to close deals. Travel locally within the Bay Area is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling commercial HVAC, mechanical services, or related technical offerings preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial service and maintenance contracts.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationships.
• Develop relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision‑makers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend preventative maintenance and service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations for maintenance agreements.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand equipment and service needs.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and track sales activity.
• Collaborate with service, operations, and estimating teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships with additional service agreements.
