Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an HVAC Service/Controls Sales professional for the SF Bay Area, CA. This is a permanent, full-time position with salary and benefits. The role focuses on growth through service contracts and TI projects.

You will build quotes, develop business with building owners and general contractors, and create value engineering ideas to differentiate our bids. A strong technical background in HVAC systems and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Piping, Hydronic systems and pumps, Boiler systems and Controls.
• EPA, Equipment & Mechanical Certifications.
• Strong technical background; prior field or engineering knowledge preferred.
