Job summary

Trane Rentals Services in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a Service Center Coordinator to plan, coordinate, control, and direct operational resources in an office and hands-on shop setting. You will procure materials, manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and dispatch technicians, while generating work orders and using the warehouse system to produce reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with 1 year related experience or 3 years with HS diploma.
• Excellent customer service skills and phone communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook and Windows.
• Knowledge of Energy Management Systems or HVAC familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Technician Supervisor to assign technicians.
• Coordinates operations with Parts, Acquisition, Project and Account Managers as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and responding to requests.
• Coordinates service center resources including ordering, shipping, inventory and receiving of parts.
• Generates work orders, reviews shipping/receiving paperwork, inputs data into warehouse system for reports.
• Works in the shop as needed to support operations and participates in on-call rotation.
