GMA Mechanical Corp in Port Jefferson Station, NY seeks a driven HVAC Service/Accounting Manager to bridge service operations with financial management. You will oversee the service department, manage billing, and coordinate with technicians and customers.

The role requires experience in HVAC/trades office management, proficiency with Service Titan or similar software, and strong organizational and communication skills to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.

Competenze

• Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or trades office management.
• Proficiency with Service Titan or similar software.
• Strong AP/AR, invoicing, and job costing knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day HVAC service dept operations: scheduling, dispatching, coordinating technicians.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable and billing processes.
• Order parts, prepare quotes and unit replacement proposals.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service inquiries, complaints, and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician performance.
• Process payroll, vendor payments, and reconcile accounts using Service Titan.
• Support management with operational analysis and supervising technicians.
