Helios HVACR Services is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to support client accounts, oversee day-to-day execution, and ensure timely service delivery within a fast-paced 24/7 HVACR environment. You will coordinate with Dispatch, manage work orders, and keep clients informed with proactive communication.

This role requires strong organizational skills, experience in account management, and a basic understanding of margins and job costing.

Qualifications

• 4 years of account management, coordination, or service operations in HVACR or related industry.
• Strong organizational and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Basic financial understanding including margins and job costing.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with service management systems (Sampro or similar).
• National Accounts experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Provide timely updates on all work orders, service requests, and job statuses.
• Manage work orders and scheduling in coordination with Dispatch.
• Process quotes and track approvals to align with work performed.
• Monitor SLA performance and report metrics to leadership.
• Support invoicing and financial coordination for accounts.
• Maintain proactive client communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee PM administration and month-end readiness.
