The role focuses on identifying prospects, expanding account share, and selling service agreements, repairs, and digital/controls solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to facility managers and business owners to optimize energy efficiency and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or five years of HVAC industry experience.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Career minded.
• Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.

Responsabilités

• Identify new prospects, expand share within existing commercial accounts, and sell service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital/controls solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to facility managers, and business owners to align HVAC performance with energy efficiency, uptime, and capital planning goals.
• Prepare cost estimates, price quotations, and formal contracts.
• Coordinate with internal service and project teams to ensure smooth job execution, maintenance delivery, and customer satisfaction.
