F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced HVAC Selling Technician who can diagnose and repair residential systems and confidently recommend and sell upgrades during service calls. This role offers top compensation with a $125k–$175k+ earnings range, plus a $10k annual license bonus and a $10k signing bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
• Active HVAC license (apprentice or journeyman) required.
• Strong technical skills to diagnose and repair HVAC issues.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to recommend and sell during service calls.
• Excellent communication to explain issues to homeowners.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for system replacement when in homeowner's best interest.
• Educate customers on options and provide professional recommendations.
• Sell new systems on the spot when appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience building long-term trust.
