Job summary

MAA Coral Springs is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to service our multifamily homes. If you have EPA Type II/Universal or are willing to obtain within 90 days, you will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and locks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or related mechanical repair.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification required at hire or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for move-in and perform routine maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC units.
• Repair electrical appliances, outlets and light fixtures.
• Repair plumbing, carpentry and locks throughout the property.
