Sierra Air is seeking an entry-level Comfort Advisor Trainee to train in residential HVAC sales. This program includes extensive in-home consultations, shadowing seasoned advisors, and hands-on experience with quotes and presentations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of successful sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong interest in HVAC systems and sales.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical information clearly.
• A positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state where you will work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present HVAC Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of HVAC products and services to help customers decide.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate pricing estimates based on customer requirements.
• Close Sales: Use proven techniques to convert consultations into sales and meet targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication for satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided and self-generated leads to maximize opportunities.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of sales activities and installation schedules.
